What is your returns policy?
We are pleased to offer returns for full-priced items purchased on Suppa.com or at a Suppa store, provided they are in unused condition, within 30 days of purchase. Apparel must be unworn and unused. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged; they are considered final sale. Items bought through Instagram or Facebook qualify for store credit only, not refunds.
Returns for purchases made on preorder.Suppa.com must be completed within 30 days of receiving your order, and the items must be unused to qualify for return.
Please note that we are unable to cover shipping costs or any additional duties and fees associated with international returns.
What's your return/exchange policy on sale items?
All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is delivered it takes our warehouse up to 6 business days to process and check in your return. Once this has been completed we will then issue you a refund. If you have not received your refund within 6 business days of your return delivering then please contact us at igiftu18@gmail.com
Can I return my purchase in store?
No, as our products are handle by our distributors. You need to check with their in-store policy.
What if I received the wrong item in my shipment?
Don’t worry! We’ll make it right. If you receive an incorrect item in your shipment, please email igiftu18@gmail.com as soon as possible.
